Katrina "Ida Weston" Ruth was born and raised in Cleveland, OH. Since five years old she has aspired to be a singer. Raised by her single mother, she was placed in art schools since elementary where she attended Newton D. Baker. She is a graduate of the Cleveland School of Arts where she was a vocal major. She has classical and jazz vocal training. " I hope to do things with my music that most Cleveland singers are afraid to do," she says.
